Riot games unveils yet another upcoming game from the world of Runeterra

On the road to a fresh tabletop, producer Riot has excellent updates if you can not get enough of the ever growing League of Legends world. The set to be launched title is the most recent complement to a sequence of LoL-related projects in the pipeline from the office. Named Tellstones: King’s Gambit.

Tellstones is defined by Riot as “mind games game” between two or four players. The virtual universe, League of Legends and the emerging card game Legends of Runeterra history, is also regarded as the “demacian version performed around the Runeterra world”. This will be a game with “complete knowledge,” which allows players to see all the details on whatever is happening in the center of the match.

Information of the gameplay aren’t quite explicit, but it will include a sequence of disks that look like Demacian coins which varies from the original Riot Mechs Vs Minions tabletop game that came out in 2016: “Our first tabletop was a big cooperative game filled with miniatures and plot material,” describes Riot. “We are planing our second game to be much smaller, much quicker and competitive”.

And, with the launch of Riot Forge, other fresh games are planned, including Ruined King, the forthcoming RPG League of Legends coming from the Darksiders creators and designers, and Convergence, a action platform game continuing the Champion Ekko adventures, to explore the world of LoL.

In other LoL universe news, the Legends of Runeterra beta release has begun for a few weeks now. The Runeterra Legends beta launch began for a couple of weeks in other LoL universe headlines.
